Start from your design or ours

Your tech pack

We follow your measurements, materials and construction details. If you only have a reference photo or a sketch, we draft the pattern and send you a spec sheet to approve.

A Tanvo style

Pick any style from the catalogue and change the leather, colour, lining, hardware or fit. This is the fastest way to a first order.

Branding options

What we can put your name on

  • Neck labels. Woven or printed, sewn at the collar.
  • Leather patches and debossed logos on the chest, sleeve, waistband or hat band.
  • Hardware. Zipper pulls, snaps and rivets engraved with your logo.
  • Hang tags and size stickers printed to your design.
  • Care and origin labels, including the “Made in Pakistan” label US Customs requires.
  • Packaging. Garment bags, polybags and cartons marked for your warehouse.

Private label steps

How a private label order runs

Times are for one style. Several styles run side by side.

  1. Design and quantities Send your tech pack or reference, your sizes and the quantity per colour.
  2. Pattern and quote We confirm materials and send FOB prices and a sample cost.
  3. First sample Ready in 7–12 working days, in your sample size, with your labels if you send them.
  4. Fit comments Send your changes. If needed, we make a second sample before production.
  5. Bulk production 30–45 days after approval and deposit, with progress photos on WhatsApp.
  6. Labels, inspection and shipping Every piece is labelled, tagged, checked and packed to your instructions.

What we need from you

  • Logo files (AI, PDF or SVG)
  • Label sizes and where each label goes
  • A size chart or a fit sample
  • Colour references, such as a Pantone code or a physical swatch
  • Packing rules from your warehouse or marketplace
