Order terms in plain numbers
Our standard terms for US buyers. Larger or repeat orders can be planned differently, so ask us.
- Minimum order 50 pieces per style per colour. Mix sizes freely within the 50.
- Price breaks 50–99, 100–299 and 300+ pieces per style. Quotes are FOB in US dollars.
- Samples One sample per style, made in your sample size. The sample cost is quoted per style and credited against your bulk order.
- Sample time 7–12 working days, plus courier time by DHL or FedEx.
- Bulk production 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit.
- Payment 30–50% deposit by bank wire (T/T) to start production, balance before shipment.
- Shipping Air cargo from Sialkot or sea freight from Karachi. FOB by default; ask us about delivery to your US warehouse.
- Inspection Photo and video inspection before every shipment. Your own or third-party inspectors are welcome.
- Documents Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with every shipment.
Landed cost
What a jacket costs you in the USA
US Customs charges the regular duty for your product’s HTS code plus a 10% Section 301 duty on goods from Pakistan, in effect since July 24, 2026. Your customs broker confirms the exact rate for each style.
